Does not read new style of canadian 100 and 50 bills. Unless updated will be useless as bills change to new format. Do not buy until updated.

Running on an iPhone 6+ The app did not read my first US Bill, after force quitting the app and tried it for a second time The app worked! e

Ive been using this with good results for years, but a feature that was most used when it was first introduced has since taken a hike with the introduction of support for many currencies. I of course mean the silent identification! You could at one point set the sound switch to silent, and the phone would shake to let you know if you had a 1 or 5 US bill. I used this a great deal in loud places or even a library. That long-missed feature Im sure would benefit deaf-blind users of iOS devices.

This app is quick and accurate at distinguishing American currency. Unfortunately, I am often in a store when I need to use it and voiceover is not readily audible. The app needs a toggle button for vibrate- e.g. 1 vibrate for $1, 2 vibrates for $5, and so on. The app would absolutely earn a 5* rating if the vibrate option were included in a future update.
